  Robert Gardner Is Legionnaire of the Year

  

  With Department Adjutant Jim Casey looking on, Legionnaire of the Year Robert Gardner addresses the assembly, saying he shares the award with all Legionnaires who do such outstanding work.

  ROCHESTER — Robert Gardner, a 25-year member of Post 974 in Whitney Point (6th District), is the New York State American Legion’s Legionnaire of the Year.

  Legionnaire of the Year Program Chair Mike McDermott announced the award at the 100th Department Convention, and placed a white Department cap on the honoree.
