  Legionnaires to Brief Legislators at 2018 Hill Day Event

  ALBANY — Legionnaires from across New York State will converge on Albany March 12 and 13 for The American Legion’s annual Hill Day to discuss veterans’ related legislation and meet with state legislators. Members of the Legion Auxiliary and Sons of the American Legion also will participate.

  The Department of New York will hold a legislative meeting at 7 p.m. March 12 at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center to review the Legion’s legislative agenda.

  The following morning, the Department will host a Legislative Breakfast for senators and Assembly members from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Desmond Hotel.

  Following breakfast Legionnaires will visit representatives and their staff in their Assembly and Senate offices.
