IRVING, NY — Iroquois Post 1587 has a new post home, thanks to the Seneca Nation.

“The Seneca Nation paid for the entire building of this new American Legion Post,” reports 8th District Commander Jim Bojanowski. “The new Post home is located next to the old site at 12897 Route 437, Irving, NY.”

Seneca Nation and Department of New York leaders took part in a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new building, along with a state senator.
