  ‘Homecoming’ for Commander Peters on May 30

  Richmond County American Legion will host a “Homecoming” dinner for Department Commander Frank Peters at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 30, at Staaten Caterers, 697 Forest Ave., Staten Island, NY.

  “Commander Peters has traveled the great State of New York and represented us extremely well and now it’s time to welcome him home,” noted event chairman Frank LaMarsh.

  The cost is $60 per person. The homecoming will feature a hot buffet with carving station, salad, dessert, open bar, and entertainment.

  For those traveling from out of town, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Comfort Inn Staten Island, for Friday, May 29 and Saturday, May 30. The cost is $116 per night.
