  Dept. to Absorb Part of National Dues Hike

  With the National Convention approving a national dues increase of $5, the Department of New York will absorb $2, resulting in an overall increase of $3, effective Jan. 21, 2016.

  Posts will be able to earn an additional $1 back per regular member upon achieving membership equal to their 2015 total plus five additional members. Paid-up-for-life (PUFL) members will count toward achieving this incentive total, but will not qualify to get $1 back.

  Posts set the dues amount for members. If a post wishes to increase its dues to reflect the change at the national level, a post data form may be submitted through Department of New York to National Headquarter (the sooner the better, but no later than Nov. 9).
