  Chili Legacy Run a ‘Great Day, Great Cause’

  SCOTTSVILLE — Chili American Legion Riders Chapter 1830 held a great 3rd Annual Legacy Run Aug. 1 at Chili American Legion Post 1830 in Scottsville, reports Jerry Ketchum, vice director of the Department of New York Legion Riders.

   Kickstands were up at 11 a.m. for a ride that took participants to Legion Posts in Dansville, Livonia and Lima. The Chili Post hosted entertaining activities and offered refreshments throughout the day.

  It was a “great day” and a “great cause,” Ketchum noted.

  The run raised money for American Legion Legacy Scholarships for children of fallen warriors.
