  Membership Workshops Start Aug. 13

  The 2016 membership workshops begin the weekend of Aug. 13 and 14 in LeRoy and Syracuse, respectively.

  The workshop then repeats on Aug. 20 and 21 in Williston Park and the Bronx. The final workshop will be Saturday, Sept. 10, in Broadalbin.

  For each workshop, registration begins at 9 a.m., with the program starting promptly at 9:30 and running until 1 p.m. Lunch then follows.

  Key officers and membership chairs on the post, county and district levels are expected to attend.

  “As membership is everyone’s responsibility, all Legion, SAL and Auxiliary members are also encouraged to attend,” notes Membership Chair Gary Schacher. “We look forward to seeing everyone at the workshops and I thank you for all the hard work you do.”
