NIAGARA FALLS — The Consolidated Post Report (CPR) is a vital measure of performance that shows “veterans strengthening America,” Americanism Chair John R. Miga declared before hundreds of delegates at the 106th Department Convention, held July 17-19.

“The CPR may be the most beneficial document the post will complete,” he said, noting: “Each post has a story to tell and when we speak collectively, our strength is magnified,” especially when the national commander addresses Congress.

“We are here today to recognize the exceptional contributions of posts” to veterans, families and community.
